“DRIVEN BY THE BEST” is a slogan describing the high demands of Mubea’s customers and our own values – the “Mubea Way”. We are driven by the challenging specifications and requirements of our customers and by the best employees to reach “the best” at all times.

The target of our DRIVEN BY THE BEST initiative is to create a common platform for a global cooperation, promoting communication across the different worldwide locations and cultures. By explaining the “Mubea Way” we wish to emphasize what makes us successful and special.

At all global Mubea locations there are project teams composed of employees of all business units and departments, across all hierarchy levels, who communicate and discuss the high demands and the contents of DRIVEN BY THE BEST and support and promote this initiative with specific measures.
